I want to capture the feelings
A client once called me “wildly professional“, stating that I was a combination of an eccentric friend, comedian and professional wedding co-ordinator . I liked this term so much, that I even use it in my T&C’s!
I want my photographs to capture the feelings– the love between couples, the relationship between parents and children, between family members and best friends. It’s all about those little magical moments captured well that can evoke powerful memories years down the line.
And I love what I do. I’ve been working full time and professionally since 2007, in that time I have photographed over 550 weddings and 1000’s of portraits. I am fully qualified with the Master Photographers Association, the British Institute for Professional Photographers and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. I am still found frequently attending photography courses, seminars and learning new techniques, as I like to keep things fresh and interesting.
Throughout my years in the industry, my experience and confidence have grown and I am delighted to have been recognised both regionally and nationally in photography awards (in both portraiture and wedding photography) by my admired peers in the industry.
When you meet me, you’ll see that I’m a friendly, energetic kind of person. I’ve had some great experiences in life – bungee jumping at Victoria Falls, running the London marathon, riding a camel in the Sahara and driving a Bentley through a shopping centre (as you do!).
I am also a mum of two pretty awesome little people and this has helped to shape how I work with children and families. I’ve been there and done that – so I know just what to do to put you at your ease and make your photographs look amazing.
