Hello, I am an award winning wedding and portrait photographer who always aims to deliver something a little different. We do wedding photography which is not bound by rules of tradition but follows classical techniques to create fresh, innovative and above all fun images.
Wedding Photographers? We know what you might be thinking, keeping your guests standing outside in the boiling heat for hours, bossing everyone about and taking up the day with photos. We make it our policy to take only as many (or as few!) formal shots as you wish and to get them done as efficiently as possible. We aim to keep things relaxed and good fun for both you and your guests, reducing directed photography time over the day to a minimum, although saying this we also love to spend some great time with the two most important people – you!
The memories of a most important day, deserve to be immortalised in amazing wedding photographs. You deserve an outstanding wedding album, something for you and your family to cherish for generations to come. That’s where we come in to give you the attention you deserve from booking, through to you taking home your handmade album.
I work, together with our other main photographer (David – aka my dad!) and also has a couple of fantastic and highly trained assistants who normally accompany us. They have photographic training and experience of many weddings, working under our direction. Both of us always try to take great care to employ a consistency in quality and style in their approach and their portfolios can be viewed during the consultation. We think it is important that our relationship begins before the big event and you will always meet and agree the lead photographer for your day.
A range of gift vouchers are available for purchase either by your or by your guests, these can be used to help pay for your wedding photography and additional products. These additional products can include anything from canvasses, large wall prints and acrylics.
I am a qualified member of The Master Photographers Association as well as The British Institute of Professional Photographers. Qualification involves an extended peer review process to ensure the consistent quality associated with the organisations. All of our photographers are encouraged to gain industry respected professional qualifications.
Our Style….
Well we have a lot of style… just not a set style. We can take the traditional pictures to keep mums and dads happy, reportage pictures to capture the real moments and artistic & directed pictures to bring out your inner model and keep everything looking fresh. We can help to direct the day or just disappear into the background.
We can photograph anything that you want us to although weddings and portraits are definitely our favourites! Whilst we mainly cover Herts, Beds and Bucks there are no limits as to where we can (and do!) travel to…. Scotland, Hawaii, Lapland or even Skegness!
